Today i cycled for 16 kms in the morning and i can find difference in the way, how i am working today. I will makesure that i will spend everyday time in cycling and Excercising.

This would be my challenge for life.

Snapfitness Experience

Today is 16th Oct 2013, started my cycling and Snapfitness schedule.
I woke up today at 4.50 A.M., Went to city market to get the Spinach for curry on my bicycle. I bought some 4 bunches of Spinachs for 10Rs I.e 25 cents.
Gave to my wife the spinach at 5:30 A.M. and requested her to make curry, as I need to leave home at 6:00 A.M., my wife told its very difficult to complete the Spinach curry by half an hour so she cooked "AVALAKI" for me in some 10 to 15 minutes and gave it to me. I completed my Avalaki and left the place at 6:00 AM.. on my bicycle.

I was On the way to Snapfitness bellandur, in between some where near Bosch I realized that I feel tired. The one and only reason was I forgot to Beetroot Juice.
FYI, Beetroot is some thing like a medicine or booster of oxygen carrying capacity of blood so that you will not get tired when you cycle for a long time.

Now a day, my wife don't like to make beetroot juice for me, this is creating some stamina issues in me. So from tomorrow I will ask my wife to do beetroot juice with out fail.

I reached SnapFitness at 7:00 A.M.  and excercised for 45 minutes and got freshed up by taking bath after my fitness regime.

I Left to office at 8:45 A.M. and reached office at 9:00 A.M.

Somewhat felt hungry and left out of energy so went out at 11:30 and had 4 chappatis so some what feeling okay and happy.

I always like to write and create something everyday, this will help me to make sure that I do the best.

Hi All,

Started my fitness regime from 23rd Sept 2013 and today is 27th Sept 2013. Feel lots of difference in how in my health and about myself.

Man, i really felt ashamed on 21st and 22nd sept 2013, when i went to purchase clothes for my self in a mall near my home.

My tummy size pants were not available as it has reached 44 inches of waist. Forget pants my shirts were also scarce or literally not available because the size was 46 and when i wear 44 size shirt, it was sticking like a tight rubber cloth all over my body so some flabs around my body was easily visible here and there.

Any how i bought clothes worth 4,500 rs as i was lucky and some how i was able to get the clothes of my sizes in brand factory Koramangala.

I purchased these clothes for myself from brand factory:

3 shirts (2 half and 1 full) - Size46
1 full shirt - size 44 ( will find diffcult to war)
1 flying machine Tshirt size - XXL ( Comfortable to wear today i.e 27th Sept 2013)
2 Pants Size 46 , Indigo nation.
1 Wild Craft Bag - Large size.

After i got insulted by myself about my body statistics with with of >110 kgs, 44 inch waist and 46 size shirts, i told to myself let me start my fitness regime back and work everyday and keep myself fit and experience the feeling of happiness, so started my fitness regime

Here are the details how i started my fitness schedule in the 4th week of September.


  1. 23rd Sept 2013 - 2 kms (5 rounds) of running in Kanteerava stadium and some stretching exercises.
  2. 24th Sept 2013-  2.5 kms (5 rounds) of running in kanteerava stadium and some stretchin excercises.
  3. 25th sept 2013- 3.2 kms (8 rounds) of running in Kanteerava stadium adn Some stretching excercises.
  4. 26th Sept 2013 - 38 kms of bicycling ( Left home in the morning at 5:20 A.M. and took 3 hours for the ride to finish)
  5. 27th Sept 2013 - 4 kms (10 rounds) of running in Kanteerava stadium
  6. 28th Sept 2013 - Planned 100 Kms of cycling with BBC Team.
  7. 29th Sept 2013 - Planned to run 8 to 10 kms

He is always setting highest expectations, in my life i need to feel the experience of an Iron Man once. those who dont know what is iron man, search in google you will get all the results. So I would practice everyday for this iron man. Lets see whats going to happen. I need to build stamina to the maximum extent and I hope one day i will do it. I need to go to gym and plan my timings very very well. Let me start my plan from now itself.
