Today is 16th Oct 2013, started my cycling and Snapfitness schedule.
I woke up today at 4.50 A.M., Went to city market to get the Spinach for curry on my bicycle. I bought some 4 bunches of Spinachs for 10Rs I.e 25 cents.
Gave to my wife the spinach at 5:30 A.M. and requested her to make curry, as I need to leave home at 6:00 A.M., my wife told its very difficult to complete the Spinach curry by half an hour so she cooked "AVALAKI" for me in some 10 to 15 minutes and gave it to me. I completed my Avalaki and left the place at 6:00 AM.. on my bicycle.
I was On the way to Snapfitness bellandur, in between some where near Bosch I realized that I feel tired. The one and only reason was I forgot to Beetroot Juice.
FYI, Beetroot is some thing like a medicine or booster of oxygen carrying capacity of blood so that you will not get tired when you cycle for a long time.
Now a day, my wife don't like to make beetroot juice for me, this is creating some stamina issues in me. So from tomorrow I will ask my wife to do beetroot juice with out fail.
I reached SnapFitness at 7:00 A.M. and excercised for 45 minutes and got freshed up by taking bath after my fitness regime.
I Left to office at 8:45 A.M. and reached office at 9:00 A.M.
Somewhat felt hungry and left out of energy so went out at 11:30 and had 4 chappatis so some what feeling okay and happy.
I always like to write and create something everyday, this will help me to make sure that I do the best.
